Our primary focus is sectors or businesses that are supporting the progression to a climate positive future. As a small enterprise, we work hard to develop stimulating and positive relationships with our clients to deliver real impact.

We work across commercial, financial, academic, charity and government sectors in the UK and Europe. Most of our assignments have been to provide strategic interventions and shaping for complex projects associated with climate change and land use. Common themes within our work include governance, communications, stakeholder engagement and system-level definitions and interventions.

Private sector
We enjoy working with a wide range of private clients - large and small. Recent projects include national timber supply-chain monitoring, investment assessment and remote sensing. Often we are brought in to help clients explore new possibilities, simplify and articulate their ideas more clearly, or to provide sector-specific expertise. We use a combination of knowledge and experience, networks and coaching mindset to help you navigate opportunity, complexity, ambiguity and risk.
Government and academic sectors
We have senior experience of working with and within senior levels of government. Recent projects include advising the Irish Government on the transformation of forestry policy and regulation, and as a partner to an international public research institute on the development and implementation of a €20m multi-national innovation project.
Third sector
Our work with third sector clients has a particular focus on strategy, governance, risk and engagement. We understand the particular challenges of the not-for-profit sector due to our own experience as trustees / non-executive directors. Recent projects include support and advice to a large-scale community development project in Scotland.
